7camicie offers you a quick, sure and convenient delivery service.
The delivery of the orders placed on the online shop is available in all countries of the world.
With 7camicie, shipping is free
Shipping costs don’t include customs duties and import duties in case of delivery of the goods to countries outside the European Union, which are borne by the end customer.
"Order fulfillment time" means the period of time that passes from when the order is received to when the parcel is given to the courier who will take care of delivering it.
For all orders received before 11:00 am (time zone GMT Italy, working days), we will send the goods in the same afternoon, and the delivery will take place depending on the area of destination, within 24/48 hours.
For the orders received after 11:00 am (time zone GMT Italy), we will make the shipment on the next day, and delivery will take place within 24/48 hours depending on the area of destination.
The delivery time of the ordered goods is purely indicative and is approximately of 2-3 working days.
The same could vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and drivability in general or by act of the Authority.
The standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm; from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
No responsibility can be attributed to 7camicie in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery of the goods ordered.
Where is my order?
7camicie offers you the possibility to know at any time where are the purchased products.
In the moment when the products are given to the courier, you will receive an email communication to the email address provided during the purchase/registration step, containing the identification number of the shipment for monitoring the location of the parcel.
In addition to this service, you can track the delivery of your order within the personal area of the 7camicie website, clicking on the order reference number or on the order detail.
Absence at the moment of delivering
In case of absence at the moment of the delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery in the mailbox and tries again the delivery the next working day. In case of further absence, the courier makes a third attempt of delivery or deposits the parcel at a receiving point (Access Point) where it is possible to collect it
If also this attempt is not successful, you will be contacted by the 7camicie Customer Service. In the cases of non-delivery, the product will return to the 7camicie warehouses, with the cancellation of the order and subsequent refund of the purchase price with the exception of transport costs.
What should I do if the product delivered to me is broken or has defects?
At the moment of delivery, you will have to check:
- that the number of boxes delivered is the same as indicated on the invoice;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered;
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of boxes must be notified to the carrier, adding the sentence "withdrawal with reserves" on the appropriate accompanying document.
In the case of damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged".
It is also required to open a case of malfunction by contacting the 7camicie Customer Service.
