PURCHASES
1. HOW CAN I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?

You can search for a product by browsing the catalog or by writing any kind of text in the search box placed in the top right of the header.
Products are divided into general categories (Man, Woman, Kids) and into product type categories.
Once you have selected the category, you can refine your search by using the filters you can find in the left side of the categories page.
If you remove the filters, you will go back to the extended list of results. Products will be displayed with prices, colours and available sizes.

 




2. WHERE CAN I FIND THE DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PRODUCTS?

By clicking on a single product, you can see the photos of the selected item. The zoom feature helps you to see all the details. Select size and quantity.

At this point you can decide to save this product in your Wish List to buy it at a later time. You can also share your interest for this product with your friends and ask for their opinions via email or through the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+.

If you decide to proceed directly to the purchase, remember to select the size and then click on “Add to the Cart”. In each page, in the top right of the header, you will find the cart icon where you can review the purchased products.



3. HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

On each product page you will find the Size Guide which displays the details of each size in different units of measure. The table also includes sketches that will help you to compare the products sizes to your needs. In any case, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the product. You can always exercise the right of withdrawal for whatsoever reason, with no need to provide justifications for it.



 


4. WHAT IS THE WISH LIST?

We believe it can be useful for you to have an area where you can save your favourite products, having the possibility to purchase them at a later time. In this way, each time you visit 7Camicie website, you can check, modify and update the list by adding or removing products, or proceed directly to the purchase. You can also share the Wish List with your friends.


5. HOW CAN I ADD A PRODUCT TO THE CART?

Go to the product page by clicking on the single item, select the size, then click on “Add to Cart”.

 

 


6. HOW CAN I COMPLETE AN ORDER?

When you log into your account, by clicking on the cart icon placed at the top right of the header, you can check the list of selected products. You can also see the details of each product by clicking on it. The cart can be modified at any time by adding or removing products. By clicking on the single product, you can go back to the product page and select other sizes and quantities.

If you are not logged, you will be asked for the authentication after having confirmed your product selection. Authentication can be done in different way: by using username and password or by OAUTH protocol of Facebook and Google+.

You can also buy without authentication as checkout guest. Your personal data will be required but will not be recorded in any way except for the processing of the order. In your account you can manage a lot of data: you can create the invoice and delivery addresses, the address to send a gift, the wish list and much more.

If you have a voucher, you can use it in the cart summary page. By entering the discount code into the proper field, the systm will automatically recalculate the total order value. Then you will see the final price and also the shipping costs. Finally, you will choose the form of payment.  

The final step of the purchase provides a message which confirms that the order has been successfully placed, followed by an email to the specified address.

 

 


7. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I PROPERLY PLACED AN ORDER?

If you properly place your order, you will receive an e-mail which notifies you that your order has been successfully completed. After that, you will receive an e-mail which informs you that the warehouse is processing the order. At any time, you can enter into your account and check the status of all your orders.


PAYMENTS
8. WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

7 Camicie accepts several payment methods. You can choose the one that suits you best among the following:

Credit Card/ Charge Card or prepaid card

Paypal (Paypal also negotiates the Amex cards)

Cash on delivery is not an accepted method of payment for purchases on 7Camicie online shop.


9. CAN I PAY WITH A DISCOUNT CODE/COUPON?

On 7Camicie you can pay with coupons, discount codes or vouchers that are valid and directly provided from 7Camicie official online store.

Simply enter the alphanumeric code into the proper field during the order process and click “Apply”. The total of your purchase will be automatically recalculated after the discount application.

7Camicie vouchers always specify: the expiration date, the discount percentage or amount, if a minimum order amount is required for the voucher to be applied.


10. MY CARD HAS BEEN REJECTED. WHY?

There are many reasons why payment errors can occur:

1. The required data do not correspond with those of your card. You have made a typing error.

2. The spending limit on your card has been exceeded or the card has expired. It happens sometimes…

3. You have not activated the security code of your card. Some credit card requires an additional code to be entered to confirm the payment, in order to prevent online fraud. The code is provided from by your bank.

If you use a Carta Moneta card of Banca Intesa, you have to activate Moneta On Line service. For more information visit www.monetaonline.it website.

If you use a card with 3D Secure anti fraud protection, you have to activate the specific service. For more information visit www.cartasi.it website.

 


11. WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT BE CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD?

In case of payment by credit card, the amount due will be charged to your credit card when the order is actually shipped.

Depending on the agreements you have with the issuer of your card, you may receive a message confirming the booking of the charge soon after completing the payment process, but no amount will be actually deducted until the carrier picks up the goods for the delivery.

If you pay by Paypal, your card will be charged as soon as the payment is requested.




12. ARE TAXES INCLUDED INTO THE PRICES SHOWN?

All prices shown on the website are already inclusive of taxes, as in our stores. If  you ask for the delivery in non EU countries, any custom clearance will be borne by you. It is not possible to calculate these costs in advance.

 



13. CAN I REQUEST THE INVOICE IN MY COMANY NAME?

Yes, you can. You just have to enter the correct data related to your company into the invoice address, inclusive of VAT number or national insurance number. Remember to specify that the the purchase is for a company an that you need the invoice.

 


14. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

The cancellation is possible until the moment in which it is not yet in stock preparation. The order status is clearly visible in the “order status” area. If the order status is “preparation in progress”, the order is not voidable any longer.

To cancel the order, you will need first to check the order status, then to contact the Customer Service at  order@www.7camicie.com.

In case of cancellation by the Customer or of non-acceptance of the order by 7Camicie, the payment transaction will be cancelled and the amount will be released.



15. IS IT SAFE BUYING ON 7CAMICIE?

All payments made by credit card on our website are encrypted and secure. Your browser will show this protection through the lock icon in the status bar.




16. WHERE CAN I CONSULT MY INVOICES?

You will have the possibility to download the documents in your personal area. For those orders that require shipping invoices for customs clearance, printed documents will be also included in the package.

 


17. WHAT ARE THE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?

RETURNS
18. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER HAVING PURCHASED IT?

Online sales are guarantee by Consumer protection laws included in the Consumer Code. Within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract (meant as order) for whatsoever reason, with no need to provide justifications for it. The Customer shall express the intention to exercise such a right by following the returns procedure.


19. I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE OR I DO NOT LIKE THE COLOUR OR FIT. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

At the moment we do not manage the exchange of goods. In these cases we reccomend that you follow the returns procedure and that you place a new order.

In order to excercise such a right, you have to send an email to the Customer Service with the request of withdrawal within 10 working days.


20. WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR RETURNED GOODS?

You can return the goods getting them refunded. Kindly access your personal area and go to the order history, pick the articles you have to return. Once you did the above step, we will confirm the Return Merchandise Authorization activation.

After the RMA status is set on "authorized" (it is done on the same day usually) you can send the goods back to Ottimo srl c/o Grandi Progetti - via del Corso 101 - 00186 Roma, within 10 days. We remind you shirts need to be unworn, undamaged and complete with label.

We ask you to include in the package the return request form  that you can print at the end of the procedure. Please write down the number of the Return Merchandise Authorization on the package to let us process it easily.

From the package receiving, we take up to 15 working days to process the RMA and send you back money. Kindly be aware that the refund happens via the same payment channel the order has been paid for.

Please consider that if you pay the order with a PayPal account then the funds will be immediately available, while if you pay by a credit card, you should have to wait a little bit to get the transfer finalized and visible in your bank statement. Kindly be aware in this last case the time range depends exclusively on your bank.


21. HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURNS?

The confirmation of acceptance of your return request will be sent by email. In your personal account, in the section “My merchandise returns” you will have the possibility to check the status of your returns.


22. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURN?

We will refund the returned products total amount only after having checked that the goods are in correct condition. After that, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your request of withdrawal. In case of payment by Paypal, you will be refunded to your PayPal account. In case of payment by credit card you will be refunded through the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the due amount.


DELIVERIES
23. DOES 7CAMICIE SHIP OUTSIDE THE ITALY?

Yes, we ship to all European Union area, Switzerland and Norway included. Shipment to Russian Federation is not possible.
For deliveries in non EU countries, customs clerarance is on customer side. 

 



24. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Click on “My orders” in your account. You will see the list of your orders. Click on the order you want to check.
- If the order status is “confirmed”, it means that we are preparing the shipment. The standard timing for the preparation of the goods is approximately 2/3 working days from the confirmation of the payment.
-If the order status is “shipped”, click on the tracking number. You will be directed to UPS page where you will track the shipment.

 



25. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES TO ITALY?

Shipping costs are € 10.00. For orders over € 99.00 shipping are free.

Delivery times depends on the delivery address. We cooperate with the best carriers. Delivery takes place in 2/4 working days from the pick up of the goods by the carrier.

 


26. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?

The courier will contact you at the specified phone number to agree a new delivery. For this reason it is important that you provide a valid phone number for the delivery.

27. HOW CAN I REGISTER TO THE WEBSITE?

Click on the “Sign up” button placed in the top right of the header.

Enter your email address and click on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”, then fill in the form wiht your personal data. You may also register through the OAUTH protocol of Facebook, Twitter, Google+.

Agree and approve the processing of your personal data, then click on “Register”. You will receive an email of confirmation with the log in details.


28. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Log in to your account and click on “My personal information”. In this section you have the possibility to edit the information provided by the registration.If you want to edit your billing and shipping addresses click on “My addresses”.


29. I HAVE ALREADY AN ACCOUNT BUT I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?

Click on the “Log in “ button placed at the top right of the page, then click on “Forgot your password?”. By following the instructions, you will start the procedure for the creation of a new password. At the end you will receive an email to the specified address containing a link and a temporary password. By clicking on the link and by entering the temporary password in the proper field you will have the possibility to reset a new password.
